Meet Savita
A psychologist,life coach & a wellness enthusiast. I am also internationally certified & licensed by Heart Inspired USA as a Heal Your Life workshop leader & trainer. I offer world class content designed to create radical shifts and help people unfold a new spectrum of possibilities and live their best life.
I work extensively with individuals to bring about a transformation in their lives through one on one sessions, workshops and group counselling focussed on assisting people address challenges in their personal and professional lives. I create awareness to help people understand the merits of being healthy from inside. Seamlessly integrating spirituality with psychology, in my practice I create a safe space to heal & where people can learn and understand how incredibly wonderful they are.
Spirituality does not remove us from life but leads us deeper into it… I passionately believe in my role as a catalyst in helping people discover their own love and power, inner wisdom and strength in giving themselves the gift of self discovery.

Hello everyone! My name is Savita & in my practice of 16 years as a counsellor I ve had the privelege of journeying in the minds of thousands of people.
Covid
With Covid, virtual therapy was introduced on a massive scale & I worked with Mindfit, the mental health vertical of Cultfit. With them I conducted 3500 sessions in 2 & a half years.
Change
Things are changing rapidly around us & the world we knew no longer exists. The World Health Organisation has also alerted us on the next pandemic likely to hit us, the mental health pandemic.

Journey In is conceptualised as part of my vision for enabling easy access to the elusive subject of mental health.
Covid baby
So I call Journey In my Covid baby, born out of my deep desire to spread my healing work. With over 10,000 sessions, what emerged was that how little people knew about themselves.
Therapy
Therapy helps to become aware of oneself, of one’s patterns & conditioning. Therapy helps to empower oneself with tools & strategies to thrive despite challenging situations in life. Skills you will be so glad you learnt , skills that will stand you in good stead for the rest of your life.
Journey to self love
I m sure you will change your statement from “its easier said than done” to hey..with this knowledge its not that difficult at all. I urge everyone at whatever age you are to go through journey in as I strongly believe that the most important journey that we ever will take is the journey to self love.

Most people are afraid of their own emotions. They are so afraid to be with themselves. They constantly distract themselves so that they don’t feel their emotions. The more you run away from your emotions, the more disconnected we feel. Often we feel demotivated in life, we are just existing instead of being alive… Often we harbour a lot of negative emotions such as anger, resentment, hatred, fear, sadness, etc inside us…which eventually shows up in our health as aliments such as depression, anxiety, blood pressure issues, IBS, cancer.. The root cause of most ailments points to our mental & emotional health.
How it helps
